Stress and TB

Stress can make you more at risk of getting TB. This is because if you have a lot of stress,

it can make your immune system weak. That makes it easier to get TB.

Reminder!
  • Remember to go to the clinic if you have these symptoms of TB:
Cough, weight loss, fever and night sweats.
  • Remember to open windows. The more ventilation, the less chance TB has of spreading.
  • Remember to take all your TB medicines exactly as told, until you are cured
