Hints to help you cope with depression

When people that you care about say nice things to you, write it down. Then read these things when you feel really down and lonely.

Write your feelings and ideas in a journal. Say how you feel and let it all out. Write in your journal every day.

Go on outdoors recreational events - a hike, walk, go on a picnic. Be outdoors and enjoy the natural environment.

Get lots of physical exercise. Aerobic exercise is a great way to keep depression away. Try to make an effort to get out and participate in sport.
